Job summary

ProStaff Workforce Solutions is seeking a Manufacturing Operator in Hamilton, NJ to operate automated production machinery and inspect products on a continuous flow line. The role includes light hand assembly, box assembly, labeling, and maintaining production logs.

This contract-to-hire position starts at $20/hr with a Monday–Friday 6:00 am to 2:30 pm shift, offering weekly pay and benefits upon eligibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED desired.
• Flexible in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter with strong work ethic and integrity.
• Warehouse/Production experience is a plus.
• Experience operating machinery or manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Ability to interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedures.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate automated production machinery.
• Inspect products on a continuous flow production line.
• Do light product assembly (hand assembly of parts).
• Assemble boxes, apply labels, fill out production logs.
• Other tasks as assigned.
