Job summary

Monroechamber in Hartland, WI is seeking a reliable Machine Operator to join the Celox and Thermocouple production departments. The role requires operating automated manufacturing equipment, troubleshooting machinery, and maintaining production flow to ensure product quality and minimize downtime.

The first shift runs 4:30am–2:30pm, Monday–Thursday (4-10s). Ideal candidates bring experience with PLC-controlled equipment, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work safely around moving

Qualifications

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Experience operating automated production or manufacturing equipment.
Experience with PLC-controlled machinery preferred.
Basic math and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Operate automated production machinery in Celox and Thermocouple departments.
Monitor machine performance to ensure products meet quality and production standards.
Utilize PLC control panels to operate equipment and make adjustments.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve machine issues to minimize downtime.
Load raw materials and components into machinery and unload finished products safely.
Perform basic preventative maintenance and cleaning of machinery as required.
Verify product quality through visual inspections and measurement checks.
