Job summary

DC Army National Guard seeks an Automated Logistical Specialist to manage storage, records, and distribution within the supply chain. You will supervise stock control, material handling, and documentation to support mission readiness.

You will learn and apply procedures for shipping, receiving, storing and issuing stock, including movement and maintenance of ammunition, with pay during training days.

Qualifications

• Military enlistment in the Army National Guard.
• Must be at least a junior in high school, or have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must be between 17 and 35 years old.
• Must pass a physical exam and meet legal and moral standards.
• Must meet citizenship requirements.

Responsibilities

• Construct bins, shelving and other storage aids.
• Simplify and standardize the collection and use of maintenance data.
• Raise the quality and accuracy of performance, cost, and parts data through improved maintenance management.
