Job summary

Texas Pride Fuels seeks an Automated Fuel Systems Operator to service on-site fueling units across Texas, Oklahoma, and southeast New Mexico. You will monitor AF S units, assist in rig-up/rig-down, and maintain safety while delivering high-level customer service.

Requirements include a valid driver's license, safety background, English proficiency, ability to pass DOT/Fit for Duty, and ability to work long shifts with exposure to weather.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Operate Automated Fuel Systems (AFS) on frac sites across TX, OK, NM.
• Assist in rig-up/rig-down procedures on site.
• Monitor fuel levels of equipment and troubleshoot issues.
• Provide daily reporting of metrics.
• Deliver high-level customer service with a strong safety focus.

Overview -

• average first year earnings of $65k.
• $14.50/hour to start ($16/hour for CDL holders, $16.50/hour for class B w/X, $18/hour for class A w/X)+ time-on-job raises for first year + overtime + sign-on bonus + per diem + paid travel time to and from hitch (5-7 hours).

• Schedule: 15 days on/6days off, 85-90hours/week, day and night shifts.
• Work:As an Automated Fuel Systems Operator, you'll provide a high level of customer service and display a commitment to safety in operatingand monitoring ourAutomated Fueling System (AFS) units on frac sites all over Texas, Oklahoma, and southeast New Mexico. You'll assist in rig-up and rig-down procedures on site, monitor fuel levels of various pieces of equipment, troubleshoot any issues that require attention throughout your shift, and participate in daily reporting of various metrics.

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong safety background.
• Knowledge of basic hand tools.
• Basic Microsoft Excel experience.
• Ability to adapt effectively in dynamic situations.
• Ability to work effectively alone and within team setting.
• Must be able to pass a DOT physical or "Fit for Duty" physical exam.
• Must have the ability to speak, read, and write the English language.
• Must satisfactorily pass a drug test and background check.
• Must be willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement.
• Must be able to withstand the physical stressof working long hoursin inclement weather, while wearing Personal Protective Equipment and performing job functions.

Compensation and Benefits

• $14.50/hour to start ($16/hour for CDL holders, $16.50/hour for class B w/X, $18/hour for class A w/X).
• Time on the job raises every three months for first year, total of +$1.50/hour.
• Time and a half pay for hours over 40 in a work week.
• $300 sign-on bonus.
• Paid travel time to and from hitch (5-7 hours).
• $25/day per diem.
• Company-provided lodging.

Schedule and Location

• 15 days on/6days off, 85-90hours/week, day or night shifts.
• Hiring from Midland, Odessa, Big Spring, Pecos, Orla, El Paso, Abilene, Fort Worth, San Antonio, and other parts of Texas. Also Carlsbad, Jal, Hobbs, and parts of southeast New Mexico. Also Oklahoma City, El Reno, Elk City, and other parts of Oklahoma.
• Scheduled work location dependent on business need.
• Work locations include parts of West Texas, southeast New Mexico, central Oklahoma.
• Must be able to travel to work locations to be considered for employment.
