Job summary

Healthcare Linen Services Group in Wichita, KS is seeking a Dryer Operator for full-time, hourly employment. You will ensure dryers, tunnels and conveyors operate efficiently and respond to alarms from CBW and related systems.

Responsibilities include loading linen, cleaning lint filters, maintaining a clean CBW area, and following safety protocols. Shift is 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, Monday through Friday with possible overtime on Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Speak, read and write English.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to understand and reset equipment alarms.
• Identify linen types.
• Operate a scissors lift safely.
• Work safely around automated equipment.
• Possess reliable transportation.
• Ability to work early/late shifts as required.
• Demonstrate good attendance.
• Capable of working 6:00 am–2:30 pm and overtime on Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Resolve computer alarms and monitor tunnel systems.
• Load linen into dryer and manage conveyors.
• Keep CBW area clean and free of linen/trash.
• Clean lint filters, blower wheels, and dryer duct cleanouts.
• Report deficiencies to maintenance and follow directions from supervisor.
