Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. seeks an Automatic Door Installer in Tampa, FL to install diverse automatic door systems and related hardware. Mechanical and electrical aptitude, plus experience with access control or hollow metal doors, are highly valued. On-site work demands safety and precision.

Role involves identifying customer needs, maintaining accurate paperwork, and ensuring timely project completion with quality service. AAADM certification is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior experience in a mechanical/electrical role preferred.
• Able to lift up to 100 pounds safely.
• Able to work at heights with a ladder.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• AAADM Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Install a wide range of automatic doors and door hardware (swinging, sliding, bi-folding, revolving).
• Identify opportunities to provide customers with products and services.
• Track and maintain job paperwork; submit timely.
• Operate safely and follow safety protocols at all times.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
