Actalent is seeking a Pharmacy Technician for a highly automated central fill operation in Plainfield, Indiana. You will fill prescriptions manually, replenish automated dispensing stations, package medications, and maintain accurate inventories in a fast-paced production environment.

The role requires Indiana pharmacy technician registration, experience in a pharmacy or fulfillment setting, and proficiency with inventory systems, scanners, and automated counting machines.

Qualifications

• Active registration as a Pharmacy Technician in Indiana or Minnesota.
• Experience in a pharmacy or fulfillment environment.
• Ability to use and maintain inventory systems and automated counting machines.
• Proficiency with computers and scanners for inventory management and data entry.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in counting, weighing, labeling, and packaging medications.
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain pharmacy systems and inventory records to ensure compliance.
• Monitor inventory levels and expiration dates, calibrate machines, and minimize breakage.
• replenish medications for automated dispensing stations and assist with production workflow.
• Sort, store, and restock medications; report low stock levels.
• Audit pill cells and inventory, resolve discrepancies in records.
