Challenge Manufacturing is hiring a Production Operator on first shift (7:00 AM–3:30 PM, M–F) at the Bridgeton, MO plant. You will load component parts into automated assembly, document results, and ensure products meet quality standards using check sheets and work instructions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Manufacturing experience is preferred (minimum 6 months).
• Ability to read and interpret operator instructions and quality checks.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Load component parts into automated assembly per instructions.
• Record production and inspect for quality and conformity.
• Escalate issues with machinery or parts to supervision.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and support audits.
• Cross-train on multiple work centers as needed.
• Assist in continuous quality and process improvement.
