Job summary

Divergent is seeking an Automated Anodize Line Production Technician to operate, monitor, and maintain a fully automated robotic anodizing line in a busy manufacturing environment. You will rack and prepare parts, adjust machine settings, perform routine maintenance, and collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to sustain safe, compliant operations and high-quality output.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of anodizing, surface finishing, or related manufacturing experience.
• Ability to operate and adjust automated or semi-automated production equipment.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate automated robotic anodize line equipment to maintain steady production flow.
• Track process parameters and equipment conditions for quality.
• Rack, stage, and handle parts to achieve proper anodizing results.
• Adjust machine settings and control interfaces per production needs.
• Maintain clean, organized areas around the anodizing line.
• Support maintenance or engineering for repairs and improvements.
