Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics in Raritan, NJ seeks a MOI/QCCB Lead to drive manufacturing of autologous CAR-T cell therapy in a cGMP environment, focusing on Multiplicity of Infection and Quality Control Cell Bank processes.

You will independently perform cell culture, purification, aseptic processing, and cryopreservation while ensuring compliance with SOPs, batch records, GDP and continuous improvement, contributing to audit readiness and a safe, compliant work environment.

Qualifications

• HS diploma with 6+ years biotech/pharma experience or Bachelor's in Life Sciences/Engineering with 2+ years industry experience.
• basic knowledge of manufacturing systems, GMP, and process documentation
• ability to operate lab and manufacturing equipment
• strong documentation and data entry skills

Responsibilities

• Independently execute manufacturing and support activities such as cell culturing, purification, aseptic processing, cryopreservation
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, batch records, and GDP
• Support process development and continuous improvement
• Maintain safe, compliant work environment
• Contribute to audit readiness and investigation efforts
