Job summary

AHF Products is seeking a team member to operate and maintain manufacturing systems, document data, and report issues to supervision. The role emphasizes safety, equipment upkeep, and adherence to policies within a non-temperature-controlled production environment.

Ideal candidates will have mechanical aptitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced plant setting while wearing appropriate PPE and complying with safety standards.

  • Ability to use calipers and circular saw as well as general knowledge of the Autolog system.

  • Ability and willingness to work core hours to support the needs of our Business.

  • Ability to work in a manufacturing setting where dust is generated.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain Autolog system or willingness to learn.
  • Track and document data as needed.
  • Report production or workforce problems to supervisor.
  • Assist with routine maintenance and repairs.
  • Follow all safety guidelines to prevent injuries.
  • Maintain equipment to support safe production and operations.
  • Promote a zero-injury safety culture and seek ways to improve safety.
  • Stop unsafe activities or conditions.
  • Identify safety issues and take action or escalate as needed.

6:45 am - 5:15pm Monday thru Thursday

JOB DUTIES
  • Ability to operate and maintain or be willing to learn to operate autolog system
  • Track and document data as needed.
  • Reports production or workforce problems to supervisor.
  • Assists with routine maintenance and repairs
  • Always follow all safety guidelines to eliminate accidental injury.
  • Maintain property, plant, and equipment to support and improve the safe production and performance of operations.
  • Be a role model for safety. Promote a zero-injury safety culture and find ways to continuously improve safety culture in the workplace.
  • Stop any observed work activities or conditions that are dangerous, illegal, or against company policy.
  • Identify safety issues in the workplace and assume responsibility to take immediate action to correct or immediately escalat to appropriate level for resolution.
