Job summary

Celanese is seeking a Unit Production Coordinator at the Washington Works site to oversee Blocked Stock and Rework inventory, scheduling, and execution for the Autoclave Unit. You will coordinate with internal teams and external processors to maintain material flow and throughput.

The role requires manufacturing experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills to drive improvements and meet production targets.

Qualifications

HS Diploma or equivalent.
Manufacturing experience.
Aptitude for leading and developing team members.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Knowledge of computer use such as Microsoft Office and other special programs as needed.
Capacity to solve problems and be decisive to ensure business needs are met.
Troubleshooting experience of general computer & Microsoft app issues.
Ability to prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

Manage rework material and ensure efficient processing of offline assets to maximize productivity.
Execute process orders and manage rework material at external processors.
Create, distribute, and review offline processing production sheets.
Update usage decision codes on rework materials.
Monitor pack 24/7 & CORE Team KPIs and inventory reports.
Act as Manufacturing Expert for Autoclave’s offline assets and drive continuous improvement.
