Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional AutoCAD experience.
• Strong AutoCAD and technical drafting skills.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Create and update AutoCAD drawings for substation projects
• Prepare one-line diagrams, plan views, electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and construction drawings
• Develop structural and foundation details
• Prepare material lists and support basic calculations and reports
• Follow client, industry, state, and national design standards
• Work with engineers and designers to identify and resolve design issues
• Support projects from initial design through completion
