Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficiency in AutoCAD for 2D drafting and basic 3D modeling.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, or MEP plans with attention to detail.
• Experience collaborating with operations, maintenance, or facility management teams to translate requirements into clear drawings.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities, including managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
• Effective communication skills to clarify requirements and respond to feedback from supervisors and clients.
• Diploma or degree in engineering, architecture, drafting, or related field preferred, or equivalent hands-on experience.

Responsibilities
