Job summary

Corle Building Systems in the United States is seeking a dedicated Drafter to join our Drafting Department. You will create layout, fabrication, erection drawings using AutoCAD and our proprietary software to support building projects from start to finish.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, ability to work with minimal supervision, and collaboration with manufacturing teams. We offer a sign-on bonus, comprehensive medical coverage, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Must have AutoCAD experience.
• Must be hard working, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Create drawings for layout, fabrication, erection, and materials inventories of metal building parts and components.
• Utilize company drafting and product standards with procedures to detail projects of easy to moderate complexity.
• Develop detailed drawings using AutoCAD and proprietary software for manufacturing plant use to produce parts and components.
• Develop erection drawings using AutoCAD and proprietary software for contractor use in installation of parts and components.
• Develop Bill of Materials to produce a shipping list of parts for plant and customer use.
• Generate permit/approval/construction drawings that adhere to purchase orders.

What Youll Do:

• - Create drawings for layout, fabrication, erection, and materials inventories of metal building parts and components.
• - Utilize company drafting and product standards in conjunction with drafting procedures and compliance requirements to detail projects of easy to moderate complexity.
• - Develop detailed drawings utilizing AutoCAD and company proprietary software to produce accurate and easy to follow parts and fabrication drawings for use by manufacturing plant facilities to produce metal building parts and components.
• - Develop erection drawings utilizing AutoCAD and company proprietary software to produce accurate and easy to follow erection drawings for use by contractors in the installation process for metal building parts and components.
• - Develop Bill of Materials utilizing company proprietary software to produce a shipping list of metal building parts and components for plant and customer use.
• - Utilize AutoCAD software and company proprietary software to generate accurate permit, approval and/or construction drawings that adhere to the requirements of the purchase order.
