Qualifications

• Experience in automotive paint prep or refinishing is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a Paint Technician and team.
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles and parts for painting using proper techniques and materials.
• Assist Paint Technician with refinishing and priming as needed.
• Maintain tools and keep the workspace clean and organized.
• Follow OSHA safety guidelines and handle hazardous waste properly.
• Complete assigned training and follow internal procedures.
