Job summary

Chiltonautobody in San Bruno, CA is seeking a Paint Prepper to support the Painter in the refinishing process. The role requires experience in the auto body collision repair industry and living in/able to work in the United States.

Responsibilities include preparing vehicles and parts for painting, maintaining tools, and following OSHA safety guidelines. Training through Collision University is provided, with opportunities for growth within the shop's operations team.

Qualifications

• Ability to work collaboratively with the team to meet objectives.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Paint Preparation: Assist Paint Technician by preparing vehicle and parts for painting using proper techniques, equipment, and materials.
• Paint Maintenance: Maintain all tools and equipment and keep workspaces clean and organized.
• Safety: Follow OSHA safety guidelines and use required PPE.
• Training: Complete assigned Collision University training.
