Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Porter to support our collision and glass services. You will pre-wash vehicles, keep the shop and offices clean, and help move vehicles between areas, ensuring a WOW experience for customers.

This entry-level role requires a HS diploma or GED, ability to multitask, a valid driver's license, and attention to detail. Prior automotive experience is preferred but not required; we value reliability and a positive team attitude.

Qualifications

• High School diploma / GED preferred.
• Ability to multitask.

• Clear close vision required.
• 18 years or older.
• Valid Driver’s license.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW plan is consistently executed.
• Maintain daily housekeeping of the office interior.
• Maintain daily housekeeping of the production area and tools.
• Maintain parking lots and grounds in neat condition.
• Pre-washes customer vehicles prior to repairs.
• Exterior and interior cleanup after repairs are complete.
• Transport customer vehicles to sublet locations for repairs.
