Job summary

General Motors is seeking a Chevrolet Zone Manager for the TN/KY/S. IN territory. This field-based role requires up to 75% travel and relocation to Nashville or an approved nearby area within 60 days. You will lead a high-performing dealer-facing team and execute growth strategies across the zone.

You will drive zone sales and aftersales, mentor District Managers, and coordinate with dealer partners to improve market share, profitability, and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or related fields with revenue growth.
• 3+ years of experience leading, coaching, and developing a team.
• Strong automotive industry knowledge and business acumen.
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to travel up to 75%.
• Must be able to legally operate a motor vehicle in applicable states.

Responsibilities

• Drive achievement of Zone Sales and Aftersales performance objectives.
• Promote Local Market Association alignment and dealer partnerships.
• Lead communications supporting brand priorities and go-to-market strategies.
• Mentor and develop District Manager talent.
• Champion business development to drive sales and aftersales opportunities.
• Oversee Tier 3 digital marketing initiatives and dealer engagement.
• Improve inventory performance and turn rates across the zone.
• Collaborate with ADI to advance dealer and LMA accessory integration.
