Caroline Custom in Virginia is seeking an experienced Upholstery Trimmer (Trimmer I-III) to join our team. You will work on auto interiors, patterns, sewing, and fabrication, in a fast-paced shop.

Qualifications

Experience with custom vehicle interiors
Experience with Convertible Tops
Experience with custom Headliners
Proficiency with sewing machines and hand tools
Knowledge of different automotive materials
Strong problem-solving skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Experience with leatherworking and vinyl repair from scratch
Previous experience in auto trimming or upholstery
Ability to lift and move heavy objects
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Enthusiastic, high energy and self-starter in a fast-paced team environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Habit of taking initiative
