Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations is hiring an Automotive Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles in a fast-paced service environment. You will learn under experienced technicians, perform routine inspections, and assist customers by explaining repair procedures while delivering high-quality workmanship.

The position features flat-rate pay with potential for performance-based earnings, and includes opportunities for ASE certification and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver3s license to operate customer and company vehicles.
• Basic understanding of maintenance & tire repair services including oil changes, inspections and tire repair.

Responsibilities

• Change oil and perform other scheduled maintenance services.
• Inspect steering, suspension and brake systems.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Install parts.
• Road test vehicles.
• Pursue ASE certifications (A1–A8) within two years; company covers test fees and may provide bonuses for tests passed.
