Job summary

Luthermazda in Kansas City is seeking an Auto Technician to diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems, including engine, transmission, steering, and brakes. You will use diagnostic tools and test drives to ensure components meet dealership standards and will work to deliver high-quality service.

The role requires a valid driver's license, the ability to stand for long periods, and strong time management. ASE certification is ideal.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required with clean motor vehicle record.

• Willingness to follow directions while working independently.
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods; operate both automatic and manual vehicles.

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, steering, suspension, brakes, etc.
• Utilize diagnostic tools, special service equipment and standard test drives to monitor vehicle components and systems
• Perform work efficiently to dealership specifications
• Maintain continuous communication with Service Advisors of needed services to ensure excellent customer communication

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License with clean motor vehiclerecord
