Job summary

Luther Mazda of Kansas City is seeking an Auto Technician to diagnose, maintain and repair vehicle systems and to perform work to dealership specifications. You will use diagnostic tools and test drives to monitor components, and maintain clear communication with Service Advisors to coordinate services and keep customers informed.

Candidates should have a valid driver's license, strong time-management and detail orientation, and the ability to operate both automatic and manual transmissions.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License with clean motor vehicle record.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail under tight timelines.
• Willingness to follow directions while working independently.
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods.
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmissions.
• ASE certification is ideal.

• Utilize diagnostic tools, special service equipment and standard test drives to monitor vehicle components and systems
• Perform work efficiently to dealership specifications
• Maintain continuous communication with Service Advisors of needed services to ensure excellent customer communication
