Qualifications

• An associate degree or completion of an automotive service technician training program is preferred.
• Automotive Service Excellence/ASE certification or SAE certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate vehicle malfunction codes using diagnostic tools.
• Assist with tracking repair status and maintaining documentation.
• Carry out routine vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes and tire rotations.
• Conduct in-depth inspections of all vehicle systems including engine and brakes.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Clearly convey repair information to customers.
