Job summary

Jim Norton Auto Group in Oklahoma provides automotive service technicians with a path for growth and hands-on experience across a full range of vehicle systems. You will diagnose, maintain and repair cars, work with the parts department, and communicate clearly with customers and service advisors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience as an auto technician.
• Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance.
• Clean driving record & valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership procedures.
• Test drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and service equipment.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems.
• Communicate with the Service Advisor so customers are informed if additional service is needed.
• Provide estimates of time needed for additional repairs.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
