Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 2 years of auto technician experience.
• Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance.
• Fast, eager learner and team player.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards.
• Test drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools to assess issues.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems.
• Communicate with the Service Advisor to update customers on additional services.
• Provide estimates of time needed for repairs.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
