Job summary

Premier Buick GMC Cadillac in Carlsbad, CA is seeking an Experienced Automotive Technician for our high-volume Service Department. You’ll diagnose and repair automotive systems while maximizing productivity and income in a supportive shop.

We offer an hourly rate of $33–$50 plus productivity bonuses and a signing bonus, relocation assistance to Carlsbad, and a modern, team-focused workplace with strong benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Automotive Technician experience, preferably in a dealership.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Reliable and able to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair automotive systems.
• Repair engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, A/C, and more.
• Inspect vehicles and accurately diagnose concerns.
• Perform repairs according to manufacturer standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized shop area.
• Perform other duties as needed.
