Job summary

The Nye Auto Group in Oneida, NY is seeking experienced Automotive Technicians at B or C level for Chevrolet, Buick and GMC service. You will inspect, diagnose and repair cars and light-duty trucks in a busy dealership environment.

Applicants must have at least 3 years of technician experience, own tools, a New York inspector license, and a clean driver’s license. In-person only; relocation and sign-on bonuses may apply.

Qualifications

• 3 years automotive technician experience required.
• Must have NY inspector license.
• Must have a clean, valid driver’s license with no major infractions.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, Maintain and Repair cars and light duty trucks.
• Perform diagnostics and accurately test parts and systems to ensure they are in good working order.
• Follow the checklist and ensure that all critical parts are examined (e.g., brakes, fluids, tires).
• Repair or replace worn parts.
• Perform Pre-Delivery Inspections.
• Continued training as required.
