Job summary

The Nye Auto Group in Oneida, NY is hiring experienced A, B or C level automotive service technicians for Buick GMC. Applicants should have at least 3 years of automotive technician experience as a B or C level auto tech.

A Level pays $35-$45/hr plus flat rate; B Level $30-$35/hr; C Level $25-$30/hr. Sign-on bonus $3,000-$10,000. Relocation packages available; in-person position; valid NY inspector license required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years automotive technician experience at A/B/C level.
• Must have NY inspector license.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• In-person only position.
• Applicants must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the US.
• Must have own tools.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain and repair cars and light duty trucks.
• Perform diagnostics and test parts and systems for proper operation.
• Follow the checklist and inspect critical parts (brakes, fluids, tires).
• Repair or replace worn parts as needed.
• Perform Pre-Delivery Inspections.
• Continued training as required.

• Must have your own Tools and Toolbox
• Must have a NY inspector license
• Must have a clean, valid Driver's License (with no major infractions)
