Job summary

Service Center Capitol Heights by Caliber Collision is hiring an Auto Shop Helper to perform all-purpose duties, including housekeeping, tool organization, and assisting in maintenance tasks. You will follow SOPs to help repairs stay on schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license and eligibility for Caliber's insurance policy.
• Nice to have: Collision experience and/or Collision Vo-Tech certification.
• Able to perform physical activity including lifting objects over 50 lbs and working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily housekeeping of the interior production area, including sweeping, waste disposal, and organizing tools.
• Assist in cleaning spray booths and performing general area maintenance.
• Perform minor equipment and building maintenance when necessary.
• Follow Caliber SOPs and center procedures to ensure timely repairs.
