Job summary

Caliber is seeking an Auto Shop Helper in Fresno, CA to handle daily housekeeping, tool organization, and light maintenance in a fast-paced auto shop environment.

Responsibilities include cleaning spray booths, assisting with repairs, and following standard operating procedures to ensure timely work completion. Must be 21+, with a valid driver’s license; prior collision experience is a plus. Opportunity for growth within the Caliber team.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license and eligible for Caliber insurance coverage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily housekeeping of the production area, including waste disposal and floor cleaning.
• Assist in cleaning spray booths and organizing tools and equipment.
• Assist in parking lot/grounds maintenance to keep areas neat and orderly.
• Perform minor equipment and building maintenance as needed.
• Follow Caliber SOPs and center procedures to support timely repairs.
