Job Summary

The Auto Shop Helper will perform various duties including maintaining cleanliness of the production area, disposing of waste and unwanted parts, assisting in cleaning spray booths, organizing tools and equipment, maintaining grounds, and performing minor maintenance and repairs. The role requires adherence to Caliber’s SOPs and procedures to ensure timely repairs.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility for company insurance coverage
• Previous collision experience or collision Vo-Tech certification is a plus but not required

• Ability to perform physical activities including reaching, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting over 50 lbs.
