Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for an Auto Shop Helper at our Frederick - Willowdale Dr location. The role involves performing various duties such as maintaining cleanliness of the production area, waste disposal, assisting in cleaning spray booths, organizing tools and equipment, maintaining parking lots and grounds, and performing minor maintenance and repairs. All tasks should be completed following Caliber’s Standard Operating Procedures to ensure timely repairs.

Potential Earnings: Up to $15-$18/hr.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility for Caliber’s insurance coverage
• Previous collision repair experience or Collision Vo-Tech certification is a plus but not required

Skills and Abilities:

• Physical ability to perform tasks involving reaching, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions
• Capability to prioritize tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment
