Job summary

Qualifications

• 17 years of age (with parental consent) or older.
• Ability to learn new concepts and use technical materials.
• Ability to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery.
• Ability to safely operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
• Ability to exchange accurate information with customers.
• Ability to work with hazardous materials.
• Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions.
• Ability to comply with PPE regulations.
• Valid driver's license.
• Vision, hearing, speech, and the ability to detect odors.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Availability to work holidays, weekends, and after hours as needed.

• Ability to obtain Current Motor Vehicle Inspection license within 6 months (Missouri).

Responsibilities

• Drain oil and change oil filter and lubricate vehicles.
• Unload tires and merchandise from deliveries.
• Inspect disposed tires for adjustment and storage.
• Maintain store appearance and stock shelves.
• Provide fast and friendly customer service.
• Explain benefits to promote sales.
• Perform sales duties including pricing and promotions.
• Operate vehicles safely in service areas.
• Complete required trainings on time.
• Report maintenance issues to supervisor.
• Assist in training new employees.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
