Jiffy Lube is hiring a Service Technician in Kent, Ohio. No automotive experience is required—we train. You will help customers feel confident in the safety of their vehicles, and our team is fully cross‑trained to perform maintenance, inspections, and customer service.

Bring a safety‑first mindset, the ability to stand long shifts, lift 50+ lbs, and work well in a fast‑paced environment. You must be authorized to work in the U.S. and willing to learn with a growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide honest recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines.
• Perform oil changes, fluid refills, and basic maintenance (wipers, lights, brakes, tires).
• Complete multi-point inspections and maintain accurate records.
• Vacuum/sanitize interiors and clean windshields.
• Support additional automotive services (engine, HVAC, electrical, transmission, suspension, etc.).
• Follow all safety, OSHA, and Jiffy Lube standards.
• Participate in on-site and online training.
• Assist with marketing events, inventory, and facility upkeep.
• Build customer loyalty through clear communication and quality work.
• Perform other assigned duties.
