Job summary

Sonic Automotive's Toyota of Santa Fe is seeking entry-level or early-career automotive technicians to build skills and earn more in a fast-paced, Toyota-equipped shop. You’ll receive training, mentorship, and opportunities to advance while working with top equipment and a busy service flow.

You’ll gain from paid Toyota factory training, mentorship from Master Technicians, modern tools, and a strong compensation package including a flat-rate pay structure and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of automotive repair experience preferred.
• Automotive trade school graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic diagnostic and repair skills required.
• ASE certifications are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs according to Toyota standards.
• Complete oil changes, tire services, brakes, inspections, and basic diagnostics.
• Learn advanced diagnostic and repair procedures from experienced Toyota technicians.
• Accurately document repairs and maintain quality workmanship.
• Work efficiently while maintaining a customer-first mindset.
• Participate in Toyota training and certification programs.
