Job summary

Mavis Tire is seeking full-time General Service Technicians to join Team Mavis at our automotive service centers in the Berlin, CT area. You'll perform essential maintenance and tire services that help keep customers safely on the road, working alongside experienced automotive professionals while developing hands-on skills.

No prior automotive experience is required—paid training is provided. You must be at least 18 and legally eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Be reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Be comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on automotive environment.
• Have a strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality service.
• Previous automotive experience is a plus, but not required. Paid training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Dismounting, mounting, rotating, and balancing tires.
• Performing flat tire repairs.
• Completing oil and filter changes.
• Checking and topping off vehicle fluids.
• Performing basic vehicle maintenance and inspections.
• Identifying visible tire and maintenance concerns.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Following established safety and service procedures.
• Helping ensure quality service and timely completion of customer vehicles.
