Mavis Tire (Pep Boys) is hiring General Service Technicians for our West Hartford, CT centers. This full-time role focuses on essential tire services and basic maintenance to keep customers safely on the road, under guidance from seasoned technicians.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Dismounting, mounting, rotating, and balancing tires
• Performing flat tire repairs
• Completing oil and filter changes
• Checking and topping off vehicle fluids
• Performing basic vehicle maintenance and inspections
• Identifying visible tire and maintenance concerns
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Following established safety and service procedures
• Helping ensure quality service and timely completion of customer vehicles
