Sun Devil Auto in Phoenix is seeking a General Service Technician to perform non-technical automotive services such as oil changes and tire-related tasks, and to assist with parts pickup and customer transport. The role requires a high school diploma and a valid driver's license.

Compensation starts at $15.15/hr and up, with a Tool and Boot Program, paid vacation and holidays, health/dental/vision, life insurance, 401(k) with company match, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to understand basic vehicle systems and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Performs tire mounting/dismounting, wheel balance and tire rotation.
• Performs oil changes and other basic services under supervision.
• Notices obvious repairs or safety concerns and documents them.
• Keeps shop clean and organized including service area and showroom.
• Transports customers or parts using company vehicle in a safe manner.
• Picks up parts and supplies from vendors or corporate office.
• Follows safety procedures and state guidelines.
