• Tag and return parts as required (warranty or customer request).
• Inform service advisor of additional work or delays.
• Document all work performed.
• Road-test vehicles and verify repairs addressed the issue.
• Quality check completed work.
• Attend training and stay current with factory bulletins.
• Keep vehicles clean and maintain safety standards.
