Job summary

Sun Auto Tire & Service is hiring a General Service Technician to perform non-technical service repairs such as oil changes, tire and wheel services, alignments, and basic maintenance. You will work alongside ASE Certified Technicians and receive training to advance toward ASE certification.

The role offers competitive pay ($15–$18/hr) with benefits and opportunities for advancement. Must be able to work Monday through Saturday and have a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

Previous automotive experience preferred.
Must be able to work Monday - Saturday.
Must possess a valid driver's license.
MVR screening required.
Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

Safely transports customers to and from their residence or work.
Picks up parts and supplies from vendors using company vehicle.
Operates company vehicle safely and obeys traffic laws.
Conducts State Safety and Emission Inspections ethically.
Performs tire mounting/dismounting, wheel balance and rotation.
Performs oil changes and basic services under supervision.
Notes vehicle conditions and documents on repair orders.
