Job summary

Midas in Dayton, OH is seeking General Service Technicians (Oil, Tire & Lube). You’ll join a fast-paced automotive service center that installs tires, performs rotations, balancing and other tire services while delivering safe, reliable vehicle care.

No prior experience is required; we provide paid training. Earn a guaranteed base pay plus weekly bonus potential and enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including health/dental/vision/life insurance and PTO.

Qualifications

• No automotive experience needed; training provided.
• Must be at least 18 and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift over 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Install new tires and wheels; perform tire services (rotations, balancing, repairs).
• Provide best-in-class automotive service with weekend bonus potential on top of base pay.
