Job summary

Jeff Wyler Automotive Family's 34-Louisville Honda in Louisville, KY is seeking an Express Technician to perform routine maintenance and light repairs. You'll complete MPIs and communicate vehicle needs clearly to customers, following manufacturer procedures and dealership standards.

We offer paid training, a team-first culture, advancement opportunities, competitive pay, and modern tools. The schedule is full-time with hours 7am-6pm Mon-Fri and 8am-2pm Sat, plus weekly spiffs and benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Automotive dealership experience preferred.
• Pass background check and drug screening.
• Meet motor vehicle record requirements.
• Follow company policies, procedures and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, inspections, and light repairs.
• Complete a Video Multi-Point Inspection (MPI) with every service.
• Follow manufacturer procedures and dealership quality standards.
• Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment focused on continuous improvement.
