Jeff Wyler Automotive Family is hiring Flat rate Technicians for Jeff Wyler Superior Honda in Cincinnati. The role involves diagnostic work and repairs per repair orders, with a climate-controlled environment and options for medical, dental, and vision plans.

Qualifications

• Automotive and engine repair experience or auto mechanic training preferred.
• ASE certifications preferred.
• Hold a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to use diagnostic equipment.
• Good hand-eye coordination.

Responsabilités

• Performs work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, by the dealership and factory standards.
• Diagnoses the cause of most malfunctions and performs repair.
• Communicates with the parts department to obtain needed parts.
• Saves and tags parts of the job if under warranty or if requested by the customer.
• Examines assigned vehicle to determine if further safety or service work is required or recommended.
• Communicates with the service advisor immediately if additional work is needed, if the work outlined is not needed, or if repairs cannot be completed within the promised time.
• Documents all work performed and recommended on the repair order.
• Participates in manufacturer-sponsored training programs, schools, and events.
