Big Brand Tire & Service is hiring a General Service Technician to join a results-driven team focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience. The role involves tire mounting, oil changes, brakes, suspensions, and routine inspections within a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of automotive service experience (tires, oil, brakes, suspension)
• Hands-on ability with preventative maintenance and light mechanical work
• Valid driver’s license with clean record
• Able to lift 70 lbs
• Motivated to grow in a fast-paced shop
• Weekend availability to support peak hours

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, and rotate tires
• Repair flats and perform oil changes
• Replace filters and inspect vehicles
• Test and install batteries and diagnose brake systems
• Handle suspension repairs and alignments
• Perform under-hood component replacements and safety checks
• Stock inventory and maintain shop cleanliness and safety
• Collaborate with team to deliver fast, accurate service
