Jim Norton Toyota - OKC is seeking a Service Technician to diagnose, maintain, and repair customer vehicles. Excellent communication and teamwork with the parts department are essential. Pay ranges from $25 to $35 per Flag Hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities include performing repairs per repair orders, test driving vehicles, and providing estimates for additional work. Requires a high school diploma and at least 2 years of auto tech experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years of experience as an auto technician.
• Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate diagnostic equipment and software.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair customer vehicles per repair orders.
• Test drive vehicles and components using diagnostic tools.
• Provide time estimates for additional repairs.
• Communicate with Service Advisor to inform customers.
• Perform repairs under warranty per manufacturer specs.
• Collaborate with parts department as needed.
