Job summary

Airport Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Orlando, FL is seeking a Service Technician to join our dealership team. You will perform diagnostics, repairs, and routine maintenance on a variety of vehicles, ensuring quality work and customer satisfaction.

You will test drive cars, diagnose systems with specialized tools, communicate with the Service Advisor, provide repair estimates, and maintain a safe, organized workspace while following all policies.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Technician or similar role required.
• ASE Certification preferred but not required.
• Dexterity and steady hand with good hand-eye coordination.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Team player with ability to collaborate effectively.
• Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics and repairs as per repair orders to dealership standards.
• Test drive vehicles and components using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems.
• Communicate with Service Advisor to keep customers informed.
• Provide time and parts estimates for additional repairs.
• Perform warranty repairs according to manufacturer guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow company policies, procedures and safety standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
