Job summary

Curry Honda, a Lithia dealership in Georgia, is seeking a Service Technician to perform automotive repairs per store and factory standards. You will diagnose and resolve problems, road-test vehicles, record time, and communicate with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to complete training and ASE certifications.
• 18 years or older and able to work in a drug-free workplace.

Responsibilities

• Perform work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy per standards.
• Diagnose cause of malfunction.
• Complete all work according to safety requirements.
• Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.
• Accurately record time spent on repairs using time clocking procedures.
• Document work performed on repair orders and test procedures/results.
• Maintain an inventory of standard mechanic tools and return tools to proper place.
• Use shop supplies and materials in a practical and economical manner.
• Maintain an organized and clean workspace and stall daily.
• Ensure vehicles are returned clean to customers after service.
• Complete required training and certifications (ASE, manufacturer).
• Participate in and utilize technical training as assigned by management.
• Review technical bulletins as assigned by management.
• Communicate with dealership personnel to satisfy customer needs.
• Report safety or integrity concerns to management.
