Job summary

The position requires 2+ years in management within the automotive sector, a proven track record of meeting sales goals, and availability to work at least five days including Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in management or equivalent business experience in the automotive industry.
• Experience coaching and developing store staff.
• Proven ability to meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales and profit targets.
• Minimum of five working days per week, including Saturdays.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and measures business trends; develop plans to maximize sales and profits. Share targets and results with staff.
• Review invoices and daily reports to identify opportunities for growth.
• Maintain controls over physical and financial assets; perform cash handling and deposits.
• Set expectations with employees on responsibilities, goals, training and customer service; coach for improvement.
• Ensure policy compliance; conduct regular meetings and store audits with HR support.
• Recruit, interview and hire staff as needed; conduct performance evaluations on a regular basis.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards; inspect equipment and arrange maintenance as needed.
• Return unused parts to vendors and process credits to accounting.
