Job summary

Driver’s Edge Auto Repair, part of Sun Auto Tire & Service, is hiring a Manager-on-Deck to oversee overall store performance and guest services. Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in management or equivalent business experience in the automotive industry.
• Previous experience as an Automotive Technician or similar position preferred, but not required.
• Possess valid driver’s license
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to work a minimum of five days, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversees store performance, guest services, and profitability.
• Manages human resources, coaching, hiring in partnership with HR, and staff development.
• Ensures store cleanliness, inventory control, and adherence to company policies.
